Barbara van der Vossen, LGPC, Therapeutic Art at Terra Counseling & Consulting will lead a workshop called Holding Stones on October 9th at 10 AM out on the lawn at The Rotunda. This event is for all ages and we encourage you to bring family and a blanket or camping chairs for your comfort.
We will practice settling into the body through breathwork, grounding practices, and art. Supplies will be provided for this group therapeutic art workshop. Tickets are available below and are needed to ensure we have enough supplies for everyone.
